As a full spectrum birth doula and having experience as a labor and delivery nurse - I have attended over 100 births and counting. Each birth is unique and the signature of each child’s arrival and sometimes departure is deeply etched in my being. Supporting birthing people and their partners has become some of my most important work.
The experience I have had as a birthing person, a nurse and a doula has allowed me a space to relate to the entire birth team to help encourage communication and understanding without forming adversarial relationships. I am here to center your needs, preferences and desires and ground them within what resources are available. I am here to empower you and partner(s) in birth to do the work of labor together. I will echo your voice and amplify you along the way.
